Final lists of seasonal transit mooring (TLD) applications for Porto Cristo summer 2026

Publication of the final lists of mooring applications included in SUMMER SEASON TRANSIT 2026, ordered according to the criteria of the «Instruction 2/2022 of the Managing Director of Ports IB for the development and uniformity of the procedure for awarding moorings in seasonal transit in the seasonal facilities of recreational vessels in the ports of direct management for the summer season.»

 

Between June 5 and 30, the allocation and notification to applicants will take place as established in the aforementioned Instruction.

Publication of the provisional lists of mooring applications included and excluded in SUMMER SEASON TRANSIT 2026, ordered according to the criteria of the «Instruction 2/2022 of the Managing Director of Ports IB for the development and uniformity of the procedure for awarding moorings in seasonal transit in the seasonal facilities of recreational vessels in the ports of direct management for the summer season.»

The period for submitting claims begins the day after this publication and ends on May 29. During this period, you may submit any claims or correct any documentation not initially provided.

 

To make this claim, you must contact our electronic headquarters    y It will be essential to have an electronic certificate or another Cl@ve identification method.

 

Exceptionally, and during 2026 In order to facilitate these types of requests, Registry Assistance Offices will be set up in the Coll d'en Rabassa central offices (C/ Vicente Tofiño, 36): from May 26 to 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.

You can also submit your arguments directly by accessing your electronic file and using the "SUBMIT NEW DOCUMENTS" option or by submitting a "GENERIC APPLICATION." In the latter case, you must indicate the file number to which your generic application refers. Information about the file number is available in the first column of the provisional list of excluded applicants, and the reason for exclusion, which must be rectified, is in the last column. If new documents are submitted, the files must be in .pdf, .jpg, or .jpeg format.

Applications for transit berths (TLD) for seasonal facilities at ports directly managed by PortsIB will be made through the electronic procedure created for this purpose in our electronic headquarters which fulfills the «Instruction 2/2022 of the Managing Director of PortsIB for the development and standardization of the procedure for awarding seasonal transit berths in directly managed ports for the summer season».

The application period will begin on from May 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM until May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PMh. For the electronic procedure, it will be essential to have an electronic certificate or another Cl@ve identification method.

Exceptionally, and during 2026 In order to facilitate these types of requests, a Registry Assistance Office will be available at the Coll d'en Rabassa Central Offices (C/ Vicente Tofiño, 36): from May 4th to 15th, from 9:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

The planned schedule for this procedure will be as follows:

  • Applications: submission between 04/05/2026 at 9:00 a.m. and 15/05/2026 at 23:59 a.m.
  • Provisional list published: 25/05/2026
  • Allegations: from 26/05/2026 to 29/05/2026
  • Final list published: 04/06/2026
  • Allocation and communication to applicants: from 05/06/2026 to 30/06/2026
