Applications for transit mooring for recreational vessels of List 7
Applications for transit moorings (TLD) for seasonal facilities in ports directly managed by PortsIB will be made through the electronic procedure created for this purpose on our electronic headquarters , which complies with "Instruction 2/2022 of the Managing Director of Ports IB for the development and uniformity of the procedure for awarding seasonal transit moorings in the seasonal facilities for recreational vessels in the ports directly managed for the summer season."

The application period will begin on May 4, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and will end on May 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. For online processing, an electronic certificate or other Cl@ve identification method is required.
Exceptionally, and during 2026, in order to facilitate this type of application, a Registry Assistance Office will be available at the central offices of Coll d'en Rabassa (C/ Vicente Tofiño, 36): from May 4th to 15th, from 9:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
The planned schedule for this procedure will be as follows:
- Applications: submission between 04/05/2026 at 9:00 a.m. and 15/05/2026 at 23:59 a.m.
- Provisional list published: 25/05/2026
- Allegations: from 26/05/2026 to 29/05/2026
- Final list published: 04/06/2026
- Allocation and communication to applicants: from 05/06/2026 to 30/06/2026

It will be specifically accepted that the commencement of occupancy of the mooring will be contingent upon the completion of the works currently underway in the port of Porto Cristo and the relocation of vessels to their assigned mooring positions. Likewise, the end date of the transit mooring occupancy will be contingent upon the award process initiated by the notice published in the BOIB No. 36 of March 21, 2026 , or at the latest until October 31, 2026.
