From October 16 to 30, 2024, the application period for registration to the PortsIB offers of the SOIB Youth Program: Qualified Public Sector, University and Local Entities 2024 is open.

In addition to meeting the requirements of the offer, they must also meet the requirements of the call for proposals:
- Unemployed people aged 18 to 30, registered with SOIB and the Youth Guarantee.
- Degree completed within the 3 years prior to the start of the contract (or 5 years, when the contract is with a person with a disability).
- Meet the requirements to be hired through a training contract to obtain the professional practice appropriate to the level of studies.
