Competent bodies to resolve

Managing Director of Ports de Illes Balears for the imposition of fines up to 9.000 euros.
Board of Directors for the imposition of fines from 9.000 euros to 100.000 euros.
Consell de Govern when the amount is equal to or greater than 100.000 euros.
