The application period for a new temporary authorization to use a mooring position on List 7 is now open.

The deadline will be December 31, 2025.

In accordance with the provisions of Decree 11/2011 of February 18, the new application is addressed to the holders of temporary authorizations for the use of moorings based, currently in force, in the port facilities of:

Andratx

Banyalbufar

Sant Elm

Portocolom

S'Estanyol

Ciutadella

Fornells

Sant Antoni de Portmany

Applications will be available at the PORTS IB headquarters (C/ Vicente Tofiño, 36 – Coll d'en Rabassa – 07007 Palma) and at port offices. Please note that this documentation must be submitted to the Ports de les Illes Balears headquarters (C/ Vicente Tofiño, 36, Coll d'en Rabassa) before December 31, 2025, or through any other method established by Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The Spanish Maritime Registry certificate (certified copy) can be requested electronically from the Directorate General of the Merchant Marine at the following link: https://sede.mitma.gob.es
