Complaints and suggestions

Complaints can be filed regarding dissatisfaction with the services provided by PortsIB, for anomalies in the operation of the services, neglect, or any other reason.

Suggestions can also be submitted to improve the quality of service provision in the different ports under the jurisdiction of the Autonomous Community.

Complaints cannot be anonymous. Suggestions can be submitted anonymously but must include a brief description of their content.
