The SOIB Joven programme: Qualified Public Sector, University and Local Entities 2024 is promoted by SOIB and has been financed by the European Union (ESF+).
The program aims to improve young people's future employment prospects by offering them the opportunity to gain professional experience and develop soft skills essential for securing skilled jobs. Through practical experience in real-world work environments, young people can apply the knowledge acquired during their academic training and enhance their preparedness for the job market.
