What is the Whistleblowing Channel?

Important announcement:

This section This is NOT the channel for submitting documents and applications to Ports of the Balearic Islands (PortsIB).

It also cannot be used to make complaints and suggestions., which is the channel enabled to express disagreement with the provision of PortsIB services, and to make proposals with the aim of improving the quality of its provision in the ports under the jurisdiction of the Autonomous Community.

Suggestions can be made anonymously, although contact details will be required to receive a response.

Whistleblowing Channel:

It offers a mailbox that allows people to report, in a work or professional context, facts that may constitute, within the scope of PortsIB's competence, serious or very serious administrative, criminal and other infringements defined in article 2 of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
