Given the uncertainty that may arise from the resolution of June 17, 2025 (BOE no. 175 of 07/22/2025) of the Directorate General of the Merchant Marine, which has established the conditions that recreational vessels and boats must meet for the temporary change from private to commercial use, users of moorings based in directly managed ports granted for private use are informed that these cannot be used by vessels that carry out any type of commercial use, and that failure to comply with this condition will be cause of expiry of the authorization.
