On October 1, 2024, the application period opens for new temporary authorizations for moorings based on list 7 in the ports directly managed by Ports IB for those holders of authorizations in force that expire on December 31, 2024.
The deadline for submitting applications is December 31, 2024.
In accordance with the provisions of Decree 11/2011 of February 18, the new application is addressed to the holders of temporary authorizations for the use of moorings based, currently in force, in the port facilities of:
• CALA BONA
• CALA FIGUERA
• CRACKED CALA
• PORTO CRISTO
• PORTOPETRO
• SÓLLER
Applications will be available on the Ports IB electronic headquarters (https://portsib.sedelectronica.es) and can also be submitted at the Ports IB headquarters (C/ Vicente Tofiño, 36 – Coll d'en Rabassa – 07007 Palma).
To facilitate the procedure, Ports IB encourages users to complete the process electronically through the public entity's website.
In any case, for users who prefer to submit their application in person, we remind you that the documentation must be submitted to the central office of Ports de les Illes Balears (C/ Vicente Tofiño, 36. Coll d'en Rabassa) before December 31, 2024, or in any other way established by Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations in its article 16.4, always before December 31, 2024.
It is also noted that those holders of authorizations who do not exercise their preferential right to obtain a new one, or who exercise it outside the established terms, will lose the mooring position assigned to them at the base, and will be evicted.
