On October 1, 2023, the application period opens for new temporary authorizations for vessels dedicated to maritime passenger transport services for tourist or recreational purposes (mooring and/or embarkation and disembarkation of passengers, etc.), for the rental of vessels and aquatic activities, and other commercial activities in the port public domain, valid during the year 2023, provided that they are up to date with the payment of the corresponding fees and have not failed to comply with the conditions of the authorization, they may apply for a new one for a maximum period of one year, which will have preferential status for the mooring place or space occupied the previous year.
The deadline will be December 31, 2023.
Applications will be available on the PORTSIB electronic headquarters ( https://portsib.sedelectronica.es/ ).
Please note that if you do not request this renewal, or if you do so after December 31, 2023, you will lose the preferential status of your application for the mooring place or space occupied the previous year.
Likewise, according to Article 68.4 of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, if you submit your application in person, the Public Administrations will require you to rectify the situation by submitting it electronically. For these purposes, the date of submission of the application will be considered to be the date on which the rectification was carried out.
On the other hand, PortsIB also wishes to announce that on January 1, 2024, the application period will open for new temporary authorizations for vessels dedicated to maritime passenger transport services for tourist or recreational purposes (mooring and/or embarkation and disembarkation of passengers, etc.), for the rental of vessels and aquatic activities, and other commercial activities in the port public domain, for those natural or legal persons who have not held one of the aforementioned authorizations during the previous year, but are interested in obtaining one.
