The application period has opened for new temporary authorizations for vessels dedicated to rental and aquatic activities in the port public domain, valid during the year 2025, provided that they are up to date with the payment of the corresponding fees and have not failed to comply with the conditions of the authorization, they may apply for a new one for a maximum period of one year, which will have preferential status for the mooring place or space occupied the previous year.

The deadline will be December 31, 2025.

Applications are available on the PORTSIB electronic headquarters ( https://portsib.sedelectronica.es/ ).

We remind you that, if this renewal is not requested or is done after December 31, 2025, the preferential status of your application for the mooring place or space occupied the previous year will be lost and the mooring operation will be granted through a public tender.

Likewise, according to Article 68.4 of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, if you submit your application in person, the Public Administrations will require you to rectify the situation by submitting it electronically. For these purposes, the date of submission of the application will be considered to be the date on which the rectification was carried out.
